184play Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to 184play. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 184play ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://184play.net and all associated subdomains, mobile web versions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You have not previously had a 184play account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of 184play services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number registered in the Philippines.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 184play Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 184play reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and permanently forfeit all account balances without notice or appeal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 184play will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment methods. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

184play accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through payment methods that are registered to and owned by the account holder. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 184play gaming wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 184play does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawals

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to 184play, without first exhausting the Platform's internal complaints procedure, constitutes a breach of these Terms. 184play reserves the right to immediately suspend your account and offset any chargeback amounts against your account balance pending investigation.

184play offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and in the specific promotion's terms. 184play reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before a withdrawal may be requested. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

All content on the 184play Platform — including but not limited to the 184play name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game artwork, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive property of 184play or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 184play.

Game content made available through third-party providers on the 184play Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their licensing terms. 184play makes no warranty regarding the continued availability of any specific game or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 184play's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

184play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 184play has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 184play's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

184play collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

184play processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where you have provided consent, direct marketing. Where account closure is initiated by 184play for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 184play account, gameplay, transactions, or these Terms, you must first submit a formal complaint to 184play's customer support team. All complaints will be acknowledged within two (2) business days and investigated within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. 184play will provide a written resolution decision by email upon completion of the investigation.

Escalation

By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints process.
